Set in the middle of the 21st Century, where technology is a requirement, a group of people including Doc Terror and Hacker take advantage of this dependency and try to take over the world. The Centurions tries to stop them, and recruits even more people in the middle of the series.
Production[]
As with many cartoons of the 1980s, they hired animation studios on Japan while the stories originated in United States of America. Ruby - Spears frequently did this. In this case, the animation studio was Sunrise who would later produce Animes InuYasha and YashaHime. Ruby - Spears omitted the animation staff in the end credits.
