The third season was green-lit on July 2015, was going to have 52 episodes like seasons 2, 4, and 5, but it was cut to 26 episodes. It premiered on May 12, 2016 but it's almost a year. For the Marathons, In Too Deep 4 week special event and Steven's Summer Adventures event. And later cut with minus 1 episode with total of 25 episodes.

Faster-than-light travel has unexpected effects on the Gems' bodies, and in Steven's haste, he puts himself and the Gems in danger.
13	"Gem Heist"	January 31, 2017	The Gems reach a space station that once belonged to Pink Diamond, and sneak in to rescue Greg, but in order to do so, they must play the roles they were made for, so as not to arouse suspicion.
