Shin Chan or (Crayon Shin-Chan in japan) is a Japanese anime that started airing on TV Asahi on April 13, 1992, in 2001, Vitello Productions and Lacey Production dubbed the series in English and produced 52 episodes, in 2004, phuuz entertainment inc. got the rights to produce a new adaption, phuuz produced 78 episodes, after phuuz's license expired, Funimation acquired the rights and their dub was approved. The series also aired on Cartoon Network in several international territories.
