My Adventures with Superman is an American animated superhero television series based on Superman. Originally slated for Cartoon Network, the series premiered on July 6, 2023 on Adult Swim and one day later on Max;[1][2][3] however, it airs on Cartoon Network in Latin American countries[4].
Similar to the original Teen Titans, the animation style is influenced by Japanese anime. Animation is done by Korean Studio Mir, famous for working on anime-inspired series such as Legend of Korra, Voltron: Legendary Defender and Dota: Dragon's Blood.
On September 4, 2023, the series has been renewed for a second season.[5] On April 18, 2024, a sneak preview of the series' second season had been released.[6] The second season premiered on May 25, 2024 on Adult Swim and one day later on Max.[7]
On June 14, 2024, the series has been renewed for a third season.[8]
Plot[]
The series follows Clark as he builds his secret Superman identity and embraces his role as the hero of Metropolis — and perhaps the world. Lois, now growing into a star investigative journalist, takes aspiring photographer Jimmy Olsen under her wing. All the while, Clark and Lois are falling in love, sharing adventures, taking down bad guys, stumbling over secrets and discovering what it means to be Superman and Lois Lane.
