Michael Ouweleen is the American television writer best known for the animated television series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law. He is the current President of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang.

He was a long-time creative director at the network since 1996 and ran content development and oversaw programming for CN in the mid-2000s.

In 2014, Ouweleen was named CMO of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang at Turner Broadcasting System. On November 27, 2019, Ouweleen succeeded Christina Miller initially as interim President of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang due to the departure of Miller. He became President of Adult Swim on July 1, 2020, when Tom Ascheim became the network's president as Miller's initial official successor.

On May 11, 2022, following WarnerMedia's merger with Discovery to form Warner Bros. Discovery the month prior, Tom Ascheim's role was eliminated, and Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang were moved into Warner Bros. Discovery Networks U.S., with Michael Ouweleen returning presidency to Cartoon Network and Boomerang once again after one year and ten months. He then extended Adult Swim's hours by it starting at 7PM.[1]

The first shows to air during his return to presidency after Ascheim, who initially succeeded Miller officially, stepped down as CN president have been for Adult Swim with Royal Crackers and Unicorn: Warriors Eternal (a 10 episode serialized mini-series by Genndy Tartakovsky) with Unicorn premiering on the extended 7PM but would then air on ACME Night.
