Jellystone! is an American animated web television series developed by C. H. Greenblatt, known for creating Cartoon Network's Chowder and Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks, and produced by Warner Bros. Animation, based on various characters by Hanna-Barbera. It premiered on HBO Max on July 29, 2021 and premiered on Cartoon Network in September 4, 2021.[1][2][2] The first season was comprised of 11 episodes, the first ten being 22 minute half hours and the eleventh and final one was a regular 11 minute episode.[3]
Season 2 was released on March 17, 2022.[4]
On March 2, 2022, the show has been renewed for an additional 40 episodes.[5]
There will also be a two-part special that will feature cameos of Cartoon Network characters.[6] The crossover will be titled "Crisis on Infinite Mirths" and was screened at Comic Con San Diego on Sunday, July 28, 2024.[7]
The first half of the third season premiered on Max on February 22, 2024.[8]
It premiered on Boomerang on March 29, 2024.
The third season will air on Cartoon Network on September 7, 2024.
Plot[]
The series follows an ensemble of Hanna-Barbera characters as they live, work, play, and (as is often the case) destroy the town in some silly way together. Huckleberry Hound proudly serves as the town's mayor; Cindy, Boo Boo and Yogi are the town’s medical staff; Jabberjaw works at Magilla's clothing store where they supply all the bow ties and hats to the town’s citizens; and every character has a specific role in the community. Their paths cross in fun and ridiculous ways, turning everyday activities into hilarious pandemonium.
