Numbuh 1 bosses Numbuhs 2 and 4 around while they are painting, before leaving. Numbuh 4 asks why Numbuh 1 never has to paint.
Numbuh 3 stacks her Rainbow Monkeys, which then fall over.

Numbuh 4 declares himself the "king of the world". Numbuh 1 says, "Please. You're not even king of the treehouse."

A rooster is heard crowing in the Middle of Nowhere. Eustace complains about it saying "Stupid bird."

Dexter exits the electronics store with a new invention.
Dee Dee scribbles all over Dexter's chalkboard. Dexter then yells at her to get out of his laboratory.
Dexter sees that there is a sale on purple lab gloves, and immediately rushes in to get some.
Dexter and Mandark fight over a robot.
Someone has pressed the "unimaginable doom" button in the laboratory, sending Dexter into a panic. Dee Dee is then seen pressing it again, stopping the alarm.
An apple is transported from one pod to another, where the apple now has wings.

Dodgers is sleeping on the job.
Cadet presses the trash disposal button, sending Dodgers into space.
Ed, Edd n Eddy[]
Jonny is horrified to discover that Plank is being used by the Eds for their lemonade stand. He pulls Plank out, causing the lemonade stand to fall apart. Ed muses that it must be because he doesn't like lemonade.
The Eds are listening to the radio, using Jimmy's orthodontic appliances as antenna.
Eddy says he thinks something is weird, but Ed and Double D say that nothing is wrong. We then see that they have each other's shadows.
Ed tries to pick up his jawbreaker in a drain, so Eddy is holding him. When Ed finally gets it back, he removes the garbage on it and eats it, for dislike of Double D and Eddy. The recycled animation of this bumper is also seen on The Cartoon Cartoon Show intro.
Ed passes the water current flowing on the road.
We can see a lemonade stand with lemonade in a pot and lot of lemons.
We can see a mailbox that has a envelope with Eddy's stamp.
In the Cul-de-Sac, the Eds, the Kanker sisters, Jimmy, and Rolf are running.
The Eds run into each other. Ed says that he sees stars.

Near Foto-Lab, lot of CN logo photos are scattered. The Eds walk away from them.
We can see the Eds and Jonny playing. When Double D's bicycle runs over Plank, we hear Jonny saying "Hey, be careful!".

We can see a stand (presumably belonging to the Eds) that reads "Learn to fly (not a scam)".

Herriman introduces Foster's newest friend, an amoeba-like creature with the Cartoon Network logo in the middle. Bloo asks, "What nut thought that up?".

We see Ami and Yumi sleeping in their room. Suddenly, Ami throws a pillow to Yumi when she's snoring.

The Girls are back to the home with entering from the windows of their room. Shortly thereafter, the Professor and his car is back to the home.

In the living room, we see Professor Utonium reading the newspaper. Then, the Girls arrives, and Blossom flame the fireplace with her heat vision.

It featured Billy and Mandy are shopping at the Malph's supermarket. Mandy says to get the eggplant and bananas for Billy, but Billy eventually takes Bloo on the shopping cart and then he meets the confused Lazlo.
Ami and Yumi are walking and sees the tour bus is shaking. Meanwhile, Eddy takes a picture to Double D and Ed, who are dressed as Ami and Yumi. The Eds are shocked to Ami and Yumi, but Double D notices this is not we looks like to the girls.
Lumpus tells Ed to go the movies for one person and a child, but Slinkman is not a child when he's talking to him. However, Lumpus tries to be a senior citizen alongside Slinkman.
It shows the characters are in a drive-in theatre, followed by Bubbles whispers the network's name and the Cartoon Network logo shines as it zooming in.
The story follows with Mac, who is playing a video game called "Destructo 2: The Destructicons' Revenge". Bloo is excited to join the game for defeating the Extremesaur in the destroyed city. While the Extremesaur destroys them in the game, Bloo is decided to leave.

The story follows with Lumpus, who is meeting Eduardo and Lupe at the park to talk about his bus broke down, but they say "why" several times to Lumpus' annoyance.

Billy causes chaos at the crosswalk.
Professor Utonium exits the market store, only to find that he left his keys inside. Ed arrives and offers to help, eating the Professor's groceries in the process. Numbuh 1 offers to go get some supplies in the hardware store. The Professor is on the verge of a breakdown after Dexter teases him for not being able to open the door, until he is informed by Mandy that he hasn’t tried opening the door yet. Utonium has a good laugh, realizing how stupid he’d been for not trying that.
In a parody of the 2002 film 28 Days Later, Jimmy believes that he is the only one in the city, but all of the other characters are playing hide-and-seek. Dexter then tells Plank to be quiet.
Frankie drops the Foster's gang off at the City Hall. The Mayor sees this and orders her to park the bus somewhere else. So Frankie starts looking for other places to park. First, she tries to park outside of the Sector V treehouse, only for the operatives to pour cheese on the bus. She tries the Cul-de-Sac next, but all spots there are taken. Her last stop is at a haunted mansion, where the Creeper scares her away. By then, it doesn't matter where she parks, because it's already time for her to pick up her friends. It repeats again when Fred drops Mystery Inc. off at the City Hall. The Mayor sees this and orders him to park the Mystery Machine somewhere else.
Mac is waiting for his friends at the theater. The Eds want to get in too, so they pretend to be Mac's imaginary friends. Chip asks for their tickets, but they trick him into thinking that they don't need any because they're imaginary. Chip falls for this and lets them in. Edward shows up and asks Chip if the Eds gave him their tickets, but Chip repeats what they told him. Mac's real imaginary friends then arrive, and when they tell him that they are imaginary, Edward doesn't fall for it, and starts beating up Eduardo, who throws him in the trash can.
Johnny and Jack are doing their laundry at the laundromat. Jack notices that Johnny seems to like wearing black shirts, and Johnny tells Jack that his robe is pink. Blossom then enters the laundromat, having accidentally left her nightgown in with Jack's robe in the washing machine.
Lazlo sings a song for Bloo about all the various things one can find in the city. Bloo thinks the song is lame.
The Mayor comes out of the candy store, having purchased a pickle-flavored lollipop. He then throws a plastic bag (with the Cartoon Network logo on it) away, but it misses the trash and flies away. The plastic bag is shown flying in the city. First, it passes the Sector V operatives, who are trying to prank Grim, then it passes Dee Dee at the dance studio, the Eds, who are taking a picture of Captain Dodgers' ship in the sky from the top of Townsville Hall, Shaggy and Scooby, who are afraid of the bag, before it finally comes to a stop on Megas' flag pole car antenna with Coop and Jamie with Courage.
Fred is talking to Coop and Jamie about his Mystery Machine. When Coop teases him about his street cred, they decide to have a race.
The story follows Juniper, who is rushing through the subway station while her bracelet is ringing. She waits on the train for a while, but when she finally reaches her destination, the Powerpuff Girls are already there, fighting the Extremeosaur. Blossom comes to June and says "It's cool, we got it.".

At an arcade, the Billy and Mandy Flash game "Harum Scarum" is being played.

From 2004-2005, these set of bumpers aired only at October-November. The main focus is the mysterious green fog (which inspired by Stephen King's novel The Mist) that spreads in the city and makes Halloween decorations alive.
The Eds, Mac, and Bloo go trick-or-treating in their costumes, but a mysterious green fog comes and makes a few jack-o-lanterns in the Eustace's Seed n' Feed building possessed and are chasing the kids.
Grim (dressed up in a Little Bo Peep costume) carries a trick or treating bag then loses his arm.
The mysterious green fog continues spreading and makes the decorative bats alive and fly around the city.
A trick-or-treat bag sitting in a bus stop bench and a wanted sign of the Ghost of Redbeard appears as the Cartoon Network logo appears and glows.
A skeleton hand rises from the mysterious green fog at the manhole cover but then the Mystery Machine steps on it on the cover and makes the skeleton hand flat.
Courage gets scared of the possessed Mystery Machine which was spread of the mysterious green fog.
Christmas[]
From 2004-2005, these set of bumpers aired only at December-January. The main focus is the characters celebrating Christmas in the city.
Billy warms up in front of a television showing a video of a fireplace. Grim asks if he should tell Billy the truth, but Mandy says, "Nah, it's Christmas."
Ed deals with a pesky present that won't open. When it does open, it reveals Eddy inside.
Ed, Courage, Eduardo, Professor Utonium, and Numbuh 3 sing Christmas carols, but Eduardo is out-of-step with the others.
Dexter asks Eustace (as Santa) for a particle accelerator. Eustace informs him that he'll shoot his eye out.
Easter 2005[]
Billy and Mandy are Easter egg hunting. Billy then spots Mr. Herriman whom he thinks is the Easter Bunny and tackles him making Mandy feel disturbed.
Dexter and Bloo walk on the street. Bloo feels a raindrop, then Dexter uses his invention to turn the rain into jelly beans.
Scooby is in the Candyland store and eats a chocolate bunny.
We see Dexter's Dad driving the bus and then Numbuh 4 (who is annoyed), Dee Dee (who is delighted), Ami (who is also delighted), Bubbles (who is also delighted), Cyborg (who is also annoyed), Terrence (who is also annoyed), Eddy (who is also annoyed), and Grim (who is also delighted) hop off the bus dressed up as Easter bunnies to which Grim says they look pretty cute.

Ed opens a can of soda and it spills upward, confusing Ed. He starts drinking it, where it is revealed that he's upside down in a playground.
