The Easter Monkey was a 16-hour all day long Cartoon Network marathon that aired on Sunday, April 20, 2003 from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. The event featured select episodes of the network's programming, and the bumpers and promos for the marathon would featured a chimpanzee as a Easter bunny.[1]
This marathon aired again on Sunday, April 11, 2004 at 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including the premiere of Baby Looney Tunes' Eggs-traordinary Adventure and the premieres of Here Comes Peter Cottontail and Joseph: King of Dreams in 7 hours.[2][3]

However the event was simply aired select episodes of the network's programming in 2003, this time the 2004 schedule of the event was added with movies and a Easter special of Baby Looney Tunes.
