The Fowl Friend: A Martian Battle Station with a new laser becomes a threat to Dodgers, and he is assigned to stop the station. With a new robot with the crew, Agent Roboto, Dodgers discovers he has a crew member who will do whatever he says. Unfortunately, when Agent Roboto is a little too good at saving the day, Dodgers plans to get rid of his newfound crew member.

The Fast and the Feathery: Cadet makes a bet with the Queen of Mars that Dodgers can race the Martian Commander in a hot-rod space race and win. But then Dodgers discovers that even cheating won't help him win the space race.

I'm Going to Get You, Fat Sucka: Dodgers and the Cadet encounter a vicious blood-sucking space vampire, Count Muerte.

Detained Duck: A criminal named Drake Darkstar switches identities with Dodgers.

6 6 "K-9 Kaddy / Pig of Action" September 27, 2003
K-9 Kaddy: A Marvin the Martian cartoon. X-2's K-9 finds alien gophers on Mars that want to blow up the universe.

Pig of Action: The Cadet finds a mysterious, glowing rock that turns him into Pork Piggler, defender of the innocent. He then fights Space Pirates.

Dodgers and the Cadet battle a ship of space pirates.
8 8 "They Stole Dodgers' Brain / The Wrath of Canasta" October 11, 2003
They Stole Dodgers' Brain: X-2's latest evil plot is to steal DD's brain and have X-2 use it instead!

The Wrath of Canasta: Nasty Canasta, an intergalactic bounty hunter, creates trouble for DD and the Cadet.

9 9 "The Green Loontern" October 18, 2003
Dodgers and the Cadet travel to Earth to pick up their dry cleaning. Dodgers gets the wrong clothes and is mistaken as a Green Lantern. He finds out that an entire league of Green Lanterns have been kidnapped by the evil Sinestro and his robot army. Later, Dodgers is recruited as an official Green Lantern, and he is sent to Sinestro's base to free the superheroes.
10 10 "Quarterback Quack / To Love a Duck" October 25, 2003
Quarterback Quack: The Queen sends X-2 back in time to Dodgers' college, Big State University, thinking Dodgers is the quarterback for the football team. X-2's mission is to prevent Dodgers from winning the championship game, but soon finds out that Dodgers is just the waterboy.

To Love a Duck: Because Dodgers has been such a worthy adversary to the Queen and X-2, the Queen develops a crush on Dodgers, and tells him that he will be the next King of Mars. But before she can appoint him to his throne, Dodgers must pass three death-defying trials on: Combat, Endurance, and Logic.

11 11 "Hooray for Hollywood Planet" November 1, 2003
Dodgers is made into a star after he his cast as the lead in his self-titled movie. X-2 is really behind it, as he has hired an assassin to play Dodgers' sexy female Cadet.
12 12 "The Queen is Wild / Back to the Academy" November 8, 2003
The Queen is Wild: After being humiliated by Dodgers for rejecting her offer of King of Mars, the Queen kidnaps the Cadet to lure DD in her clutches. The Queen tries numerous ways to kill Dodgers, but during the final chase scene, she can't do it when she gets a chance. Which proves that she still has feelings for him …

Back to the Academy: Dodgers goes to the Galactic Protectorate Academy to earn his diploma. He has to complete numerous tasks, and with a drill sergeant constantly on his back, it won't be easy.

13 13 "Enemy Yours / Duck Departure" November 15, 2003
Enemy Yours: Once Dodgers finds out that X-2 doesn't think of him as his arch enemy, but just as a mild annoyance, he tries numerous ways to make X-2 feel that way about him. His ways end up interfering Martian Commander X-2 when a martian scientist named Dr. Woe has overthrown the Martian Queen.

Duck Departure: During a three-way fight with Martian Commander X-2, K'Chutha Sa'am, and Nasty Canasta as well as I.Q. Hi waiting for his inventory reports, Dodgers quits the Protectorate to work in food service. Although trying to get away from everything that has to do with the Protectorate, he's constantly reminded about everything from his past while working at the restaurant.

Talent Show A Go-Go: To win an intergalactic talent contest, Dodgers borrows the greatest singing voice of all time: the velvet pipes of Mr. Tom Jones!

The Love of a Father: Dodgers unthaws Baby-Faced Moonbeam, a diabolical arch-villain whom he irrationally regards as his son.

The New Cadet: Dodgers is surprised to learn he has a new cadet who harbors an escalating, twisted obsession with him.

The Love Duck: Dodgers schemes to make some easy profit by converting his ship into a luxury space liner, but he's blindsided by a Martian attack.

Deathmatch Duck: Dodgers finds himself on a living planet, Masativo, when he has the exhausting task of trying to defeat a terrifying foe ... Taz!

Deconstructing Dodgers: Whilst stranded at an Intergalactic Space Airport, I.Q. Hi, and the Queen of Mars reminisce of whether Dodgers isn't as dumb as he seems.

22 9 "MMORPD / Old McDodgers" January 21, 2005
MMORPD: Dodgers and the Cadet team up with some characters in an online game to defeat an evil witch and rescue a beautiful princess. However, things aren't as they seem in virtual reality …

Old McDodgers: Dodgers and the Cadet buy off a space farm and try to grow some crops, but their plans are dashed when they have some unwanted guests!

Diva Delivery: Dodgers has to take a spoiled and annoying diva celebrity singer to a party, and things get worse when the Klunkians start chasing them …

Castle High: I.Q. Hi makes the mistake of leaving Dodgers alone with his ancestor's castle, (which takes him about 5 minutes to wreck!) and so Dodgers tells I.Q. what happened in a Frankenstein-type exaggeration!

Surf the Stars: Dodgers goes up against The Crusher in a surfing contest to find out who's "King of the Beach."

Samurai Quack: After eating a poisonous puffer fish, Dodgers hallucinates in a "Samurai Jack" episode!

25 12 "Of Course You Know This Means War and Peace, Part 1" February 25, 2005
During a peace signing between Earth and Mars, Dodgers accidentally sabotages the event when his trick pen squirts the leaders with ink! One thinks it's the other's fault and so they declare war. Dodgers is worried about the consequences, so his faithful Cadet offers to take the blame. However, he doesn't realize that the punishment is very tough! Meanwhile, things take a turn for the worse when the Martian Commander discovers that one of the Commanders is planning treason against the Queen!
26 13 "Of Course You Know This Means War and Peace, Part 2" February 25, 2005
Dodgers and the Martian Commander decide to join forces for two dangerous missions. One is to save the Cadet from his Steelworks Prison, and the other is to save the Queen before the Devious Commander takes hold of both Mars and Earth in his plot to rule the universe …

28 2 "Villainstruck / Just the Two of Us" March 18, 2005
Villainstruck: Dodgers and the Cadet go up against a hypnotist named the Magnificent Rogue, who is intent on flooding the Earth. Problems arise, however, when Rogue manages to hypnotize everyone into thinking he's the greatest, which includes Dodgers and the Cadet!

Just the Two of Us: Cadet and the Centurions go on separate vacations away from their bosses. Meanwhile, Dodgers and X-2 accidentally crash their ships on the deserted island planet Nolandis.

29 3 "The Kids Are All Wrong / Win, Lose or Duck" April 8, 2005
The Kids Are All Wrong: Dodgers and Cadet must go undercover at a high school to find a device that turns teenagers into "emotionally unstable lunatics."

Win, Lose or Duck: Teams from Earth and Mars are abducted to compete against each other on a dangerous game show.

30 4 "Boar to be Riled / Clean Bill of Health" April 15, 2005
Boar to be Riled: In order to get a free rocket scooter from the Protectorate, Dodgers and the Cadet must go undercover at a rocket cycle rally on Planet Dakota. However, they immediately find out that it's actually an innocent appreciation club for rocket cycles. Now, Dodgers takes it upon himself to turn these law-abiding citizens into lawless marauders.

Clean Bill of Health: I.Q. builds a detoxification machine and uses it on Dodgers as a test subject. The machine rids Dodgers of anything impure and turns him into the perfect duck. Nobody likes this change as Dodgers becomes too helpful in everything, so I.Q., Cadet, X-2, and the Queen devise a plan to turn him back before the change becomes permanent.

31 5 "The Best of Captains, the Worst of Captains / That's Lifomatica" April 22, 2005
The Best of Captains, the Worst of Captains: Dodgers and Star Johnson go against each other to win the "Captain of the Year" award and the heart of a female Lieutenant.

That's Lifomatica: Dodgers invites people to a party to celebrate his new Lifomatica, a system designed to make life easier. That is, until Lifomatica goes insane and traps the guests inside the ship.

32 6 "Diamond Boogie / Corporate Pigfall" September 16, 2005
Diamond Boogie: Dodgers and the Cadet team up with officer Paprika Solo on Groovica to discover the location of the galaxy's missing supply of diamonds.

Corporate Pigfall: When the Cadet quits the Protectorate to become a big corporate CEO, Dodgers decides to get him back by sabotaging his company with the help of his new Cadet, Egghead Jr.

33 7 "The Six Wazillion Dollar Duck" September 23, 2005
After Dodgers ends up in a critical accident, I.Q. Hi equips Dodgers with cybornetic parts, making him a super powerful cyborg. Meanwhile, the Martian Queen and X-2 kidnap other cyborg people from Earth to steal their technology, using the dubious help of Dr. Maniac.
34 8 "Too Close for Combat / Fins of War" September 30, 2005
Too Close for Combat: The Martians hire Hubie and Bert, who trick Dodgers and Cadet into thinking the other is out to kill them.

Fins of War: While on a diplomatic mission to an aquatic planet, Dodgers instigates war between the dolphin and shark people. Dodgers and Cadet are drafted to fight on opposing sides, but must find a way to bring about peace.

35 9 "Good Duck Hunting / Consumption Overruled" October 7, 2005
Good Duck Hunting: A criminal gambling kingpin hires a gang of bounty hunters to kill Duck Dodgers. That is, until one of the bounty hunters quits and offers to help Dodgers.

Consumption Overruled: When Hungortus the Eater of Worlds heads toward the solar system for his next meal, Dodgers and the Martians hire lawyers to convince him of which planet to eat: Earth or Mars.

36 10 "A Lame Duck Mind" October 14, 2005
A psychic supervillain named Manobrain, steals top secret codes and hides them in Dodgers' brain. I.Q. , Cadet, Manobrain, and embodiments of Dodgers' personality explore his mind in their quest to find them.
37 11 "Master & Disaster / All in the Crime Family" October 21, 2005
Master & Disaster: Dodgers and Cadet train under the famous Kung Fu Master Moloch so they'll be able to take down a speedy thief called The Whoosh.

All in the Crime Family: Dodgers hires gangsters Rocky and Mugsy to help him infiltrate the Serpenti gang and find stolen gum.

38 12 "In Space, No One Can Hear You Rock / Ridealong Calamity" November 4, 2005
In Space, No One Can Hear You Rock: The Martians create a weapon to drain energy from Earth's music and use its atomic power to destroy the Earth. Dodgers unfreezes Megadeth star, Dave Mustaine to play enough heavy metal to overload the device.

Ridealong Calamity: Dodgers and the Cadet grow tired of I.Q. Hi tagging along on missions. They ask the Martians to fake an attack, so I.Q. can save the day and leave. Unfortunately, the Martians plan to attack for real.

39 13 "Bonafide Hero: Captain Duck Dodgers" November 11, 2005
Dodgers is the subject of a reality television show called "Bonafide Heroes," which is documenting his life as a captain. Dodgers decides to fake the capture of the criminal Camoman for the cameras. Meanwhile, the camera crew interviews various enemies and friends about Dodgers in between.
