Droopy was a series of MGM cartoons that featured an anthropomorphic dog with a droopy face, hence the name Droopy. The cartoons were usually on Cartoon Network's Down Wit' Droopy-D block. The cartoon usually aired in the afternoon in the early 90s, but by the mid and late 90s it was late at night.
