Black & White Christmas was a 24-hour Christmas Day marathon that first aired in 1992 from 12:00 AM on Friday, December 25, 1992 to Saturday, December 26, 1992.[1] The marathon also aired the following year from 12:00 AM on Saturday, December 25, 1993 to 12:00 AM on Sunday, December 26, 1993. The marathon featured classic black & white Popeye the Sailor, Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons.[2] In 1993, this marathon was immediately preceded by Cartoon Network's Christmas Party.
