The Alvin and the Chipmunks Greatest Hits marathon was an special 8-hour Alvin and the Chipmunks marathon that aired on February 21, 1999 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The marathon included all Alvin and the Chipmunks episodes. Among the songs that will be played include: "Beat It," "Born to be Wild," "Ghostbusters," "The Heat is On," "Twist and Shout," "I Love L.A.," "Celebration," "On the Road Again," "Bad to the Bone" and 23 others. The marathon's bumpers and promos would featured the live-action actors in the apartment.
