Dexter's Laboratory: Ego Trip

Ego Trip ended up being featured on the American complete series DVD set of Dexter's Laboratory, especially in an official press release from Warner Bros. on last year's May. I have a theory about Ego Trip's inclusion on the show's American complete series DVD set:

What caused the movie to be on the USA version of the Complete Series DVD set itself is its availability on Amazon Prime from December 30th, 2022 to December 30th, 2023. Cartoon Network made the decision to include it on the USA Complete Series DVD set after the limited Amazon Prime availability itself.

This theory also applies to Ed, Edd n Eddy and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends:

Ed, Edd n Eddy- The HBO Max availability of the only produced episode of the 6th season (May I Have This Ed?/Look Before You Ed) is what caused it to be released as part of its Complete Series DVD set from 2022.

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends- HBO Max showing Seasons 5 and 6 of the series in widescreen is what caused its Complete Series DVD set to have the two seasons in 16:9.

Pretty interesting theory, huh?

This is literally Cartoon Network when it comes to treating their movies in terms of preservation. the ones based on the modern shows get to be on multiple home media stuff: DVD, iTunes/Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.

While the ones based on the classic shows sadly only have scarcities, which means they don't get to be preserved multiple times in terms of home media or TV broadcasts the U.S., not even being on digital platforms (except for Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show because it was always meant on iTunes/Apple TV).

Here are my ideas on how Cartoon Network movies would air on Checkered Past.

Dexter's Laboratory: Ego Trip

Due to the movie being 50 minutes, it would air from 5:00pm to 5:59pm, which leads to two 22 minute half hours at 6:00pm and 6:59pm perspectively.

Underfist: Halloween Bash

Due to the movie being 61 minutes, it would air from 5:00pm to 6:29pm, which leads to only one 22 minute half hour at 6:30pm perspectively.

Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show

Due to the movie being 90 minutes, it would air from 5:00pm to 6:59pm, which leads to no 22 minute half hours at all.

Billy and Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure

Due to the movie being 80 minutes, it would air from 5:00pm to 6:59pm much like Big Picture Show from Ed, Edd n Eddy, which also leads to no 22 minute half hours at all.
